Matt Dimbylow podcast:

Matt Dimbylow is another example of an incredible individual doing his best to stay active and positive to help keep his Parkinson’s symptoms at bay. Matt, now 50 was diagnosed at only 37 after suffering a whiplash type injury during a game of football. He since went on to represent Team GB in two Paralympic Games. He given up his Parkinson’s drugs, which led him to suffering severe side effects including mood swings and confusion in favour of exercise which he believes are as effective and with more positive mental health benefits.
