Learning and Development
It is a priority of the organisation to ensure the continuous learning and development of our employees.
We offer a variety of in-house training, as well as the opportunity for staff to enrol in external courses and training to improve their learning and develop their skills for their role.
Flexible Working Hours
Our flexi-time system offers employees a degree of flexibility in their start and finish times. It is also possible to accumulate some hours in your flexi period, which can be taken back at an agreed time.
Annual Leave
We offer 25 days’ annual leave per annum plus recognised bank and public holidays and 3 additional mandatory days between Christmas and New Year.
Your annual leave entitlement increases to 26 days after completing 2 years’ service and 27 days after completing 4 years’ service.
If you work part-time your annual leave will be represented in hours.
