Chair Based Yoga and Move & Shout
We understand that not everyone with Parkinson’s are able to stand and participate in our exercise classes, that is why we also offer chair-based exercise. No matter how much you can do, some exercise is better for your Parkinson’s than none.
Chair-based exercise classes include Yoga and Move & Shout and focus on stretching, loosening tight and painful muscles, refining fine motor skills and improving movement.
