Caring through Singing Celebratory Event
We have great pleasure in inviting you to a celebratory event which marks the 10th anniversary of the Canterbury Cantata Trust in partnership with the University of Kent and Parkinson’s Care and Support UK. This interactive music event is specifically to raise money for the Parkinson’s Centre for Integrated Therapy, launching in summer 2022. The Centre will be the first of its kind in the UK, providing integrated, non-drug therapies to improve the physical and mental wellbeing of people living with Parkinson’s.
This Celebration, demonstrating the charity’s ‘Caring through Singing’ ethos, will involve participation by Skylarks, Amici Singers, Monday Music, Canterbury Singers and Herne Bay Junior School, and will further highlight the positive impact group singing has on people with Parkinson’s.
