Secret Touch Health Club
Secret Touch Health Club is a small family run business that focuses on holistic health. Our aim is to bring harmony to the world by helping others live their life in balance. Secret Touch Health’s four main service areas include fitness coaching, nutrition, reiki therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy.
So, what makes us different? Well… We pride ourselves as being holistic personal trainers. We understand there is more to getting in shape than simply the physical act of working out. One of the main reasons people fail to reach their health goals is because they are not mentally prepared. We believe that in order to train the body, you need to also train the mind. This is where we subtly blend reiki and CBT therapy into fitness coaching; as well as offer these therapies as
standalone treatment.
In our holistic approach, the overall focus is on long-term good health. This includes helping to improve our client’s sleep cycle, their nutrition, their mental health and helping them to achieve a better work and life balance. But more importantly, help them to be aware of their actions, understand the reasons behind their thought process and provide
support to eliminate self-sabotage of their goals and desires.
If you are looking to improve your overall health and wellbeing, while also maximising your chances of achieving your goals; be it physically, mental or spiritually, then holistic training and therapies at Secret Touch Health Club could be the answer for you.
