World Parkinson’s Day Tai Chi Walkathon
Join us in person at Whittington Community Hall Worcester, via ZOOMfrom home, whilst at work, on your lunch break or wherever you may be on World Parkinson’s Day for our largest mass Tai Chi Walk.
Tai Chi Walkathon
This event will first teach you how to Tai Chi Walk and then end with what we hope to be the biggest participation of Tai Chi Walking to date.
Tai Chi Walking helps to improve movement, coordination, tranquillity, balance, posture and gait. It can also be particularly useful for increasing confidence in people living with Parkinson’s.
This event is to raise funds and Awareness of the UK’s first Parkinson’s Centre for Integrated Therapy, opening this summer.
When: 11th April @ 11.30am- 12.30pm
Where: Whittington Community Hall, Worcester WR5 2RQ
