In The South

Help beat Parkinson’s forever at London’s Hampstead Heath next June. You can stroll, jog or push on the 2 circular routes through the Heath’s beautiful landscape. There’s a 5km and a 10km option to ensure the route is suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness.

It’s a great event for all the family – why not bring your family, friends and dogs along for a fun day out.

Fresh fruit and drinks will be provided and you are welcome to bring along a picnic to make it the perfect day out.

Registration: £10 adults Under 16s £5 (under 5s FREE)
Minimum sponsorship: Raise as much as you can!
