6 week therapy course funded by Parkinson’s Care and Support UK starting in February 2026

EMMETT Therapy is a gentle muscle release therapy using light finger pressure on specific points to reset muscle memory, relieving pain, improving movement, and promoting relaxation and can be beneficial or people with Parkinson’s. It offers benefits like reduced stiffness, reduced pain, better sleep, enhanced mood, and faster recovery from injuries, often with immediate results. Developed by Ross Emmett, it works by stimulating specific receptors to trigger a relaxation response in soft tissues, addressing issues from back pain to lower body pain, often through clothes, and can complement other therapies.
