Gentle, Non-evasive therapy that helps Reduce Parkinson’s Symptoms Such As Pain, Rigidity, Improves Flexibility, Improves Wellbeing.

The EMMETT Technique is a gentle muscle release therapy that uses light finger pressure on specific points to encourage muscles to relax. This can help relieve pain, improve movement and promote a deep sense of relaxation. Many people notice positive changes quickly.

It can be particularly beneficial for people living with Parkinson’s, helping to reduce stiffness and discomfort, improve sleep and enhance mood. Developed by Ross Emmett, the technique works by stimulating sensory receptors in the soft tissues to trigger the body’s natural relaxation response.

Although often used to address issues such as back and shoulder pain, the EMMETT Technique can also support overall wellbeing. Sessions are usually carried out with clients fully dressed and can complement other therapies as part of a wider care approach.

Treatments will be carried out by therapist Sabrina Qua
