Free Seated Yoga Classes
Parkinson’s Care and Support UK are delighted to partner with Maida Care and Barchester Queen’s Court Care Home in Wimbledon, south London.
The trio will deliver massage therapy to residents who have Parkinson’s and yoga classes for those with Parkinson’s within the community. The partnership which started on 4th September 2025, was initially put together to monitor how holistic therapies such as massage affect the mental and physical wellbeing of those with Parkinson’s within a care home setting.
We are also planning an upcoming community day at the care home where visitors can sample holistic therapies and find out more about how you can improve your wellbeing with Parkinson’s.
