April marks Parkinson’s Awareness Month and there’s no better way to get involved this year than to join Parkinson’s Care and Support UK’s 100km Run for Parkinson’s challenge to support people affected by Parkinson’s.
This is a challenge, not a race! You can run as many times you wish for however long you can manage. Add up your kilometers and smash the 100km target within the month of April. For example, you could run 3.5km every day and complete the challenge by the end of April or you could opt for longer and fewer runs throughout the month e.g 5km- 10km each time. However you choose to do it, please make sure you register and help us to raise as much money as possible to fund our life changing services.

We recommend you download and use Strava or a similar running application that can be linked to your Justgiving fundraising page.
